The move on Friday went very smoothly – even the thunderstorm did not slow us down too much. The 2 men worked really hard all day – they were very well-organised and helpful so it was a stress-free experience.
All my stuff arrived safely which was also great.

Just want to commend your two young Czech gents who helped me move yesterday, Jan and Josh (I think that’s his name). At all times they were polite, helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They worked brilliantly as a team and were a real pleasure to work with. They arrived early and were very organised, efficient and professional. I’ll be sure to use and recommend Careful Movers in the future as this experience truly did exceed my expectations.

Hired Tony and careful movers to move furniture from our holiday home on the Central Coast to Sydney.We found the office to be very cooperative and had to cancel on our first moving day at the last minute when the guys were already half way up to the Central Coast because the council was re curbing the street on the day and we couldn’t get access to a house the office was very on the ball and rescheduled our appointment to next week and did not charges for the time that it took to get up to the coast on the day they honoured there no cancellation the policy.On moving day the guys did the job quickly and effectively charged the right amount and was very pleasant Dr GeoffWatson@Sswahs nsw.com.au

Hired  Tony to help us  move when we sold our flat in Crows Nest to a new house in Crows Nest.They arrived on time on the Saturday morning  the we had him booked and also one time on the Friday before when we cleared They some off the bigger stuff ready for moving day. He offered very personal and helpful service and worked through the issues that came up on the day.It ended up a full day but everything was doneand my wife paid them at the end of the day.

My secretary arranged for Careful Movers to move one of our offices that we were closing from North Sydney to Rouse Hill and found Tony and his team to be a great business to deal with on the day the guys very patient and composed,They Had to move furniture from an office building with a lift that  broke down throughout the day.They were very  polite to other people in the office block that were pushing to use the lift.they Also  also  moved  and tookaway quite a lot of a wood furniture we couldn’t use  to the local rubbish dump.Would recommend if you’re moving office  a practical business to deal with.

I have used Tony and careful movers 7 times in the last 10 years and he has honoured his booking and been there for me every time. Very Impressive  to see he  was still in business as each move was 12 to 18 months apart. The last move was a big one requiring 3 big trucks to my new house in Clontarf being a Doctor and owning a successful medical centre its not the money or price that Motivated Me to use Careful Movers a 7th time it was the fact that I was treated Like a Client and gave  personal service and I  treated like a Real person not just a Number.

Hey Tony Sorry for the late reply I have been really busy sorting things out at the new place, as you know so well moving is just one step off the process.

Well I have to say the main, or should I say first, I hired you was price,as yours was very competitive, BUT a lot off  of times you end up regretting it when you hire some one based on money only. THAT WASN’T THE CASE WITH YOU. I was really impressed with the guys you sent over. Hardworking and always smiling. I cant remember there names unfortunately); but give them a big shout for a outstanding job.

If I can give a bit off feedback they were a tad late, I think there was confusion with the address so it was ok. And again, there approach to the job really  erased any bad impressions about being late.

Another thing that might help, I am a graphic Designer, so I pay attention to the little things: Presentation Get your Boys some uniforms it will help identify them as well as your business better.

Carefulmovers is a winner in my book.

I hired Careful Movers to move us and they were great. They turned up on time and shifted everything with no fuss. Even managed to squeeze our lounge suite through a very tight front door, which didn’t look like it was going to happen. As for the reason for booking over the competition, it was the $99/hr flat rate. Even though it was a five hour move having this flexibility should things  not have turned out so great was simply piece of mind. Thanks again for helping us shift and more so to the guys. Yes the guys were Fantastic! They were much smarter and more careful with the carrying of the items verses the other removalists in the building at the time (the whole block of flats was sold so 3 units moved over the weekend). I would defiantly recommend  them and might be asking for another  job in a few weeks so will leave a comment on facebook.

I would like to thank you for assisting us move on the week end.

My wife and my self were very impressed by the lovely service provided by the  3 staff you sent out,they turned up right on time,were polite and as soon as got up the 3 flights off stairs started moving all the boxes with no time wasting.

While we were moving from a 2 bedroom unit the access was difficult as there  plenty off stairs internally and down to where the  truck was parked there was not a single complaint.

They worked non stop and very hard to get the truck loaded and unloaded at the other end,they were very careful moving our furniture out of our unit and into our new house,they placed boxes and items exactly as marked into correct rooms,they insured floor coverings were placed down when required to protect our floors.

I can truly say they did a wonderful job with not a thing messed up.I have not been able to say that about ANY off the trades we have had to deal with in the last year.They were honest and dedicated to the job and getting things done on time and fairly ensuring we were satisfied and Happy.We were being charged by the hour, but they still did not try to  prolong the job to make extra income.

We have spent the last year working with a lot off trades and can say your guys have been stress and hassle  free.

We would highly recommend you and your team and use your service again with no hesitation.We would be happy to place this feedback on your web site for any potential  customers to use your services

Successful Move – A great Job Ashvin Parameswaran  14 Oct:

Hi Tony, Thank you for a great move over the weekend. In particular Yang and Logan were terrific, Yang especially so. I’ve  left a review on google which reads: “Just moved with them over the weekend from Chatswood to Ultimo. Terrific Service. They arrived a few minutes early. Were extremely professional and very fast. Yang and Logan were my removalists. The move involved an apartment without lifts in Chatswood to a Kennards Storage Unit in Ultimo then to my new apartment in Ultimo. All went without a hitch. I had about a Studio/1BR apartment’s worth of stuff to be moved. The guys were friendly and took great care with the move. Yang in particular was outstanding. Super focused on the job and experienced in knowing how to move things efficiently and without any damage. In the end, they finished everything in 2 hours. Also by far the cheapest quote for a move I got, and no gimmicky charges at all – just the hourly rate as advertised. The owner/manager Tony was really easy to work with for the booking. I called and he picked up immediately. When I called again to confirm the booking two days before the move, it rang out but he called me back within 5 minutes. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. The guys were very efficient €“ probably the quickest move that we have undertaken given the amount of stuff we have, and we have moved something like 3 or 4 times in the last 4 years. They were also very friendly.

I’ve been through enough moves now to know that some stuff is always going to be damaged or scratched. In this case, our baby cot was slightly scraped when they tried to move it upstairs which I wasn’t too fussed about but, unfortunately, the walls of the stairwell were also marked up as a result (I’ll need to get some touch up work/repainting done so if you have any suggestions, let me know). The cot didn’t fit and I ended up taking it apart afterwards to move it up. There were a couple of minor dents in the walls where furniture was bumped while it was being carried but nothing to write home about. Another thing I might suggest is using padding on those 3-wheel trolleys that are used to pick up boxes and furniture. The padding would prevent the metal on the trolley from leaving scratches on tables and things.

However, overall, the guys were fantastic to deal with €“ efficient, friendly, genuinely helpful and, for the most part careful (except as noted above) €“ and I would definitely use them again.

I also like the fact that, unlike other moving companies, what you see is what you get. There are no hidden extras like paying ridiculous amounts for bubble wrap, supposedly ‘free’ boxes, etc.

I have just had the two guys finish up my move today and I just wanted to say what a fantastic job they did. I’m extremely happy with how  friendly, courteous, and efficient they were.  It was a pleasure to meet them and they worked really hard to get everything done. Nothing was a  problem or too much trouble. Both my parents and myself have used other  movers in the past, but now we’ll never consider using any other  company. These guys are a credit to the business, and we’ll recommend  you to our friends.
